5 Warning Signs of Heart Attack

Go straight to the hospital for prompt evaluation if you experience any of these warning signs of heart attack:
1. Chest pain or discomfort — uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing, or pain in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes.
2. Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck, or arms.
3. Shortness of breath, with or without chest discomfort.
4. Chest discomfort with light headedness, fainting, sweating, nausea, or shortness of breath.
5. Pain in the back and/or jaw, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, nausea/vomiting, and light headedness.
