Today, February 4th marks the world cancer day; Here are some ways to reduce your cancer risks as released by the World health Organization earlier
today.
1. Do not smoke. Do not take any form of tobacco
2. Make your home smoke free
3. Be physically active
4. Enjoy a healthy diet
5. Limit your alcohol intake
6. Avoid too much sun, use sun protection
7. Breastfeeding reduces the mother cancer risk
8. Reduce indoor and outdoor air pollution
9. Vaccinate your children against Hepatitis B and HPV
10. Take part in organized cancer screening programmes.
